University of Florida
Graduate Internship Program in Public Humanities (2020-2021)
  • ​Established partnerships to host competitively selected internships with stakeholders at non-profits across cultural, environmental, and educational sectors at local, regional, national and international organizations (program was successfuly transitioned to virtual internships due to COVID-19).
  • Designed and taught a professionalization webinar series to the intern cohort on topics such as public humanities, public facing writing, career exploration, networking, translational skills assessment, and the state of higher education.
  • Coordinated and managed the program, and created assessment tools for both the interns and designated site mentors.​
Graduate Public Humanities Institute (2021)
  • Conceptualized, managed, and hosted a month-long virtual public humanities institute (2 workshops, 3 panels, and 1 keynote) with 15 speakers; introducing graduate students to the history, theory, methods, and civic concerns of public and engaged humanities, and a variety of humanities career pathways.
